Opis kurzu

One-week language course with no brakes on the fun – You’re on a short trip to Vienna and want to combine your sightseeing or business trip with learning a language, e.g., German? On this page, you’ll find your travel language course. Take a 1-week German, English, Spanish, French, or Italian course for levels A1 to C2 as defined by the CEFR. Study in the historic Spittelberggasse 22 in the most ancient house in old Vienna or any other culturally enriching location.
- In-depth explanation of the questions and answer sheets, correcting each part; several run-throughs simulating exam conditions

Reach your first language goals in 5 days while you visit Vienna

Build up language skills for your Austria trip in 5 days (Monday to Friday) for two lessons of about 60 minutes or increase and expand what you already know for your next business meeting. In this language course, 1 to 4 travelers to the Vienna area of any age can combine their recreation with language exchange separately or as a group. Follow your personal language goals and get to know the language culture of our beautiful capital city, through which you take a couple of tours as an additional service.

Practice and study German or other languages in the LcL Language Lab

In addition to learning new vocabulary and grammar, you’ll understand how to use sentence position and impactful stylistic devices to talk about your adventures in the city. The practice sessions in the LcL Phonetics Lab supplement your language learning with Phonetics. These lessons are available from morning to evening by appointment and can be extended for two weeks. Study everything from language fundamentals for lower levels to professional language for the highest levels.

In one of the most beautiful streets of the 7th district in Vienna.

The top renovated rooms of our old Viennese Biedermeier house from 1695 offer a comfortable and modern atmosphere to help you focus on your learning. Our offices contain five classrooms, each about 10 to 25 square meters. Every classroom is furnished with easy-to-move desks and chairs, as well as a cloakroom. On sunny days, our picturesque courtyard is also available for lessons outside. Our language institute is on the ground floor. The building itself is under monument protection, it is one of the oldest houses of Vienna. Right around the corner from the school, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and bars as well as museums, theaters and cinemas.

Buses: 48A (St Ulrichs Platz or Kellermanngasse) or 13A (Neubaugasse/Westbahnstraße or Burggasse/Neubaugasse)

If you're traveling by car, the Contipark Garage Museumsquartier or the Payuca Garage Kirchberggasse are available for a parking fee.

The stops and parking garages listed above are at most a five-minute walk from our facilities.

It was very intensive course, thanks to which i learned a lot. Teacher was very patient and helpful. It was crazy for me to get to know people from all over the world and work with them. "I had a good experience and improved my language skills during my time there."

The location is practical and accessible. The facilities are new and some are still being renovated/improved. Some equipment such as headphones and microphones were not fully set up and were used on the last day of class. The instructor was really good, spoke clearly and explained things well. The setup of the classes was good. Ideally, it would be great to switch up class activities and make them a bit more dynamic so that it’s not as repetitive over time (such as creating dialogues or conversations). The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they provided us with water for every class. Overall I had a very good experience. While there are things still being set up or renovated, I think this institute already has great potential for being a good resource for language learning.
